From 2023, President of the Management Board of the SHP Foundation. A person responsible on behalf of the Management Board for the entire process of managing and settling the Foundation's projects. Manager of acceleration projects, including: Akademicka Liga Startupów, Poland Prize or Warsaw Booster, as well as scouting and educational projects such as V4 Venture Drill, Orlen Inventor Tech Day or softlanding projects such as Poland Business Harbor.

In the years 2016-2019 she was the Director of the Marketing Department at the Institute for Eastern Studies, she was responsible for cooperation with commercial partners, for promoting companies during events organized by the Institute (in particular during the Economic Forum in Krynica - the largest economic event in the region, called "Polish Davos") . At ISW, she coordinated the communication and image of companies during the Economic Forum.

She was a member of expert committees analyzing and evaluating applications for the competition. Speaker of many industry conferences, including Seeds for Future and Wolves Summit. Mentor in many programs in the field of general management, communication and strategy. A graduate of the University of Warsaw in the field of political science, scholarship holder of the State University of Saint Petersburg. Management skills confirmed by the PRINCE2 certificate. Co-founder and president of the Startup Hub Poland foundation (until 2022), author of the concept and manager of numerous acceleration and incubation programs, during which he collaborated with over 180 startups. He has ten years of experience in the field of venture capital (analyst, investment director, partner) and mentoring of technological startups.

He is the chairman of the Committee for Technology, Innovation and Diversity of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, he is a laureate of the NewEurope100 program organized by the Financial Times Magazine, Res Publica, Google and Visegrad Fund and the Top50 of the Polish startup market of the NaTemat magazine.

In 2018, he was an expert of the National Center for Research and Development. In the years 2015-2020, he was also a member of the National Development Council at the President of the Republic of Poland and a member of the CZIiTT Program Council of the Warsaw University of Technology. The Foundation is responsible, among others, for relations with corporate partners and creating pipelines of foreign projects for the needs of Venture Capital funds. He completed third-cycle studies at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science and obtained a master's degree at the Institute of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw.
